Return and Refund Policy

We take pride in our product quality and are committed to customer satisfaction, but we believe inevitable surprise may happen. We would like to make sure our customer have a rewarding experience while shopping with us, that’s why we are honouring you 15 days of satisfaction guarantee on product purchased from us. As with any shopping experience, there are terms & conditions apply.

If your product at time of receipt is not of satisfactory quality, contains manufacturing defects, is faulty, or does not correspond with the product description, please inform us within 15 days to eligible for a free 1-to-1 exchange, whereby the cost will be absorbed by us. After the 7-day period, any return incurring cost to be absorbed by the customer.

After this period, if your product comes with local warranty, please submit proof of purchase to your product brand’s website.

Visually Imperfections

The actual products may vary slightly from the images showing online due to photoshoot lighting conditions and screen settings. Product lifestyle images sometimes are for impression and reference only. Due to measurement conversion, please allow +/- 10 mm size tolerance on each side of the dimension and +/- 10 mL on volume as stated in the product description.

Minor flaws do not represent product defects, because they do not affect a product’s intended purpose of use. Wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized repair, and shipping damage are not covered under the guarantee.

Can I return defect item?

Personal care items are exempt from being returned.

If you would like to return a product because you have ordered wrong item, change of mind, or defect which has been notified before purchase is made, you are responsible for the return delivery costs. We reserve the right to reject the refund request if the condition of return good is deemed unfit. The final decision of amount to refund is under discretion of our company.

Promotion items and display sets are not eligible for return, refund or exchange except if items are defective at time of receipt. The policy with respect is applicable to local purchases only, which means the products can be returned only if it is originally purchased within the region of Singapore.

Can I get a refund?

To be eligible for full refund, a valid reason must be given. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserves the right to offer partial refund if the conditions above are not met.

What do I need to do before return?

We require proof of purchase and product pictures/videos from you for allowing us to investigate what could be the issue. Please do not send your goods back before communicating with us or without getting a RMA number.

Request for return or exchange must be made in writing within 15 days from the date you received the product.

A proof of purchase, e.g. original receipt, is required when returning a product. All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging, by using a tracked service. The product barcode must be visible on the returned product. When returning fragile products, we recommend returning them with extra protection.

After we review and approve your return request, you will have another 15 days to return the good to us. You must provide the RMA number from us together with the return package. You can write the RMA number on the consignment note or airway bill (AWB) for a smoother return.

We will cover the return delivery cost if your product is defective-on-arrival. For other cases, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If the return logistic is arranged by us, the cost incurred from the return delivery shall be deducted from the total price of the order before we refund the remaining balance to you.

If you are returning fragile items, please ensure the goods are in original packaging or with shock protection to prevent any damage during transportation.

If you are returning item that cost more than $100, please use trackable shipping services. Depending on where you stay, the duration it may take for your product to reach us may vary.

Once your returned goods are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We will process the refund in the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

Late or missing refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card issuing bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
