9. Return and Refund

9.1 Right of return and refund

You have the right to return and get a refund or exchange for your product within 15 days of receiving the goods with a valid reason, such as manufacturing defect. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

To meet the return or refund deadline, you are given sufficient time to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of return or refund before the period has expired. After the period, the incurring return logistic cost shall be borne by you.

To exercise the right of return or refund, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example email to care@liveitup.sg, or submit the return or refund request form.

9.2 Effects of return and refund

If you requested for refund, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, minus the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 15 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any additional fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you received a faulty product, you are entitle a free exchange within 15 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods if you fail to notify us the manufacturing defect within this 15-day period.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or a person authorized by us to receive the goods, without undue delay and in any event not later than 15 days from the date on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 15-day has expired.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Please note that there are some legal exceptions to the right to return and refund, and some items can therefore not be returned or exchanged. We will let you know if this applies to your particular case.
